Communication with Ayyah AG
As a company, Ayyah AG collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary and exclusively for its own purposes in order to provide services and improve its offerings. Data is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Personal data: Contact information and communication for the purpose of processing inquiries and introducing and operating the software, information to interested parties, application documents in connection with job advertisements.
When you send data to Ayyah AG, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your data for the stated purpose. Unless otherwise stated, this data will be sent and stored as an e-mail, and you consent to a reply via the same or a more secure communication channel. Only share sensitive data such as user names and passwords with us after consultation and via separate communication channels.
By registering for the newsletter or as an administrator of Ayyah AG software, you agree that we may send you information and statistically analyze access. We work with Mailchimp to send newsletters. You can revoke your consent at any time using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by e-mail.

We use TYPO3 to operate the Ayyah website. We use the Google Tag Manager. Visits to our websites are not analyzed on a personal basis using Google Analytics. You can generally deactivate Google Analytics with the help of a browser add-on. You can delete cookies in your browser or completely deactivate the use of cookies in your browser.
Embedded content: We use Vimeo to display videos. We use web fonts from Hoefler Typography and Adobe Typekit to display fonts. We use Google Maps for maps. These providers can track access to their platform. We do not use any social plugins integrated directly by the provider.
Ayyah event logistics software (app.ayyah.com)
The Ayyah event logistics software is developed by Vaadin (software developer) as a subcontractor. The hosting of Ayyah is operated by Nine AG in Zurich (system operator) and runs on the Nine Kubernetes Engine in Zurich under Swiss law in an encrypted container. We use Cloudflare for increased data security and reliability and Mailgun (Sinch Email) for email notifications. All companies undertake to comply with the EU's standard contractual clauses with the corresponding additions for Switzerland. Other subcontractors have no access to personal data.
The Ayyah event logistics software uses cookies for load balancing and session handling to improve the user experience. Non-personal evaluations are used for monitoring and improving the software.
AyyahFleet software (fleet.ayyah.com)
The AyyahFleet software is developed by Future Connection AG in Zurich (software developer) as a subcontractor. The hosting of AyyahFleet is operated by Nine AG in Zurich. We use OpenStreetmap for the map. The hardware provider has no access to personal data. There are no other subcontractors involved with access to personal data.
